Happiness is when you are aware of what really matters to you the most – a value you are willing to defend by giving up other values. So when you have to give up some other values, you know it quickly that you don't have to grief over it.

Some people may measure happiness with their wealth. But for me, happiness is to share every moment with my lovely families, buddies, colleagues and everyone around me. Love what your are doing and cherish what you have now.

Happiness is about living and doing what you always wanted to when you are still able and within your means without having to think what others think about you. And able to spent time with your love ones exploring the things that u like together.

To be compassionate to one person, one breath at a time.

What is Your Definition of Happiness?

The purpose of this blog is to ask, what is your definition of happiness? I encourage you to either take a picture, or draw something that best define your very own happiness!

In fact, I would like to challenge you further, if possible put down what defines happiness for you in less than 10 words. Of course, if you want to go more than that, it is fine. Hey, it is your own definition of happiness.

Once I receive your definition, your pictures, name and location. I will put it up on this blog. You may choose to remain anonymous if you want. Else, I will only be putting up your name, and your location on the blog. Your personal e-mail address will not be displayed, sold to anyone or used for any commercial purposes such as advertising.

Over the years, I have learned that my so-called happiness are really not happiness. The longest time, I wanted a brand new car. I thought a car will make me the happiest person on earth. Then, I wanted a watch, later a digital camera.

When I got married, I thought I will be happier if I become a dad. Then, I thought there could be more happiness if my child is older and demand less time from me.  I am sure you can see the trend now, I just keep chasing other happiness without really enjoy the ones that I have initially wanted.

What is happiness? Something that we actually own and grasp? Or is it something that you can feel within your heart? If you already know what is your happiness, what are you doing about it?

I cannot give you any answers about your quest for happiness. Rather, I hope that by asking you to think about what is your definition of happiness, you can give it some thought and maybe ways to achieve it.

I will not judge your own definition of happiness and I respect you for who you are. However, I will not put up anything that is deem offensive or hurtful in nature. Your very own happiness should not come at the cost of other individuals.
